Focoso Pizza is a Phoenix-based food truck specializing in pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven. Follow the aromatic smell to your personalized pizza cooked in under 5 minutes at temperatures over 800 degrees and enjoy the flavor of a crisp chewy crust paired with the most flavorful local ingredients.

Margherita: $8
Start with a traditional Italian staple: our authentic red sauce,
whole milk mozzarella and fresh local basil.
